Lean Manufacturing Manager

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical), Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement, Lean Management, or Process Engineering role within a high-volume garment manufacturing environment.
  • Certifications: Lean certification, Yellow/Blue/Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
  • Expertise: Deep expertise in Lean Methodologies: VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Standar Work, Pull Systems (Kanban/JIT), and problem solving techniques (PDCA, 5why, *Steps Problem Solving).
  • Technical Skilss: Strong analytical and statictical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and a ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Soft Skills: Proven track record in leading and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
