SPV/Manager Merchandiser
Key Responbilities:
- Full production planning & timeline management for activewear launches.
- Material sourcing (moisture-wicking, spandex, sustainable fabrics) & vendor coordination.
- Orded & sample management.
- Daily/weekly vendor follow-up, factory visits, negotiation (price, MOQ, lead time).
- Quality Control, risk monitoring, on-time delivery.
- Reporting: production status, OTR, and shipment tracker.
Must-have Requirements:
- Female/Male, min. D3/S1 (Fashion, Textile, Garment, Management or related).
- 1-3 years experience as Merchandiser/Production Coordinator in ACTIVEWEAR, or SPORTS APPAREL (bulk order).
- Strong understanding of garment process & able to read tech packs for perfomance wear.
- Excellent English (spoken & written).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, multitasking & problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work weekends/public holidays when needed.
- Based in Indonesia (factory visit required).
