SPV/Manager Merchandiser

Key Responbilities:

  • Full production planning & timeline management for activewear launches.
  • Material sourcing (moisture-wicking, spandex, sustainable fabrics) & vendor coordination.
  • Orded & sample management.
  • Daily/weekly vendor follow-up, factory visits, negotiation (price, MOQ, lead time).
  • Quality Control, risk monitoring, on-time delivery.
  • Reporting: production status, OTR, and shipment tracker.

Must-have Requirements:

  • Female/Male, min. D3/S1 (Fashion, Textile, Garment, Management or related).
  • 1-3 years experience as Merchandiser/Production Coordinator in ACTIVEWEAR, or SPORTS APPAREL (bulk order).
  • Strong understanding of garment process & able to read tech packs for perfomance wear.
  • Excellent English (spoken & written).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, multitasking & problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work weekends/public holidays when needed.
  • Based in Indonesia (factory visit required).
